FRAGRANCE INFORMATION
Our High Quality, Full Strength, fragrance oils are formulated for use in wax candles, and can also be used in potpourri, air freshener/room sprays, incense , simmering oil burners, light bulb rings, sachets, car diffusers, etc. Many are also safe for use in bath & body applications!
Recommended amount for candles is from 3% to 10% (or 1/2 to 1.5 oz. per pound) depending on individual fragrance and desired strength. Average usage with most fragrances is approximately 6.25% or 1 ounce per pound of wax. Some are highly concentrated and may only require 1/2 oz per pound of wax. Test burn in your wax for best results!All of our oils are Made in the USA!
Note: Fragrance oils range in color from clear to brown. Some oils may discolor your finished product. Keep this in mind when adding dyes, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure satisfactory results. Due to varying chemical composition, some oils may cause clouding in transparent products such as glycerin soap or shower gel, and some can cause certain bases to thin. Some fragrances may separate in products such as Cyclomethicone, etc. User must test to determine results.
Fragrance Oils are packaged by actual weight, not measured by liquid volume (except for a few which are noted on the site). This means the bottle fill levels will vary with different fragrances. We use only the best industrial quality digital scales in the industry, and you can be assured that our bottles are each weighed with complete accuracy. We use only shatter proof HDPE plastic bottles to package our fragrance oils for safety in shipping and to save you money. We label our bottles with usage instructions, flash point & safety info.
Store oils in a cool, dark place. Sunlight and heat will have an adverse effect on the quality and strength of the oil, and can shorten it's shelf life. Average shelf life on fragrance oils ranges from 6 months to 1 year or more, varying with each individual oil. Direct contact with full strength oils may irritate skin or eyes. Use in a well ventilated area.
Our fragrance oils come in 3 sizes at this time. There are no minimums. At the end of each description it states whether or not it is *Body Safe, and the Flashpoint Temperature in Fdegrees.
There are no returns on oils so it is best to order the smallest size if you are not sure. Fragrance oils are only shipped via UPS.
